R.sinik (arsenic) is a lyricist and producer from Portland, Oregon. He is one of three members of the rap group Outtelligence. Outtelligence released 3 separate projects as a group, being featured in movies and on an unsigned hype mixtape distributed by Shadyville records.

Since 2007 R.Sinik has been working as a solo artist, releasing multiple singles and two full length albums; Live From Nowhere (2016) and John Was Here (2024). He is known for his politically driven socially conscious songs and intricately layered multisyllabic rhyme schemes and word play.

Music has always been my companion, and while I never mastered traditional instruments, dance became my way of feeling rhythm—through breakdance, salsa, hip-hop, and ballet. Now, with AI technology, I can finally translate those movements into melodies, crafting both uplifting pop tunes and soulful R&B tracks that tell deeper stories.
