When there is a constant never closing gap, between where you are and where you want to be in your life… Or if there are challenges constantly holding you back and preventing you from moving forward… Chances are that one of the underlying reasons might be self-sabotage.

In this episode, we explore what self-sabotage really is and how it all got started. It’s good to know that self-sabotage is not something we do to hold ourselves back on purpose or to hurt ourselves and make our life miserable consciously. In contrary, it’s something we do out of self-preservation and are completely unaware of. 

So I hope that this podcast episode will shine some awareness on this topic. And perhaps that this turns out to be the thing that can help you get more profound insights in your life and can even help you to make that lasting shift that will help you to break this cycle and finally move forward.

1. What is it the one thing that is seemingly not happening, not working out, the thing that you just cannot seem to make happen? Or even better: what kind of unwanted repeating patterns you keep finding yourself in? 

2. Can you feel into your body or your heart, and ask yourself what is it that you really want? What does your body need or crave for, what is your soul longing for? How would you really want to live, work, or be?

Those questions can start to help you uncover if there is a conflict of interest in your needs or desires. There might be something that is unseen, that really needs your attention more than the thing you are focussing on right now…
