The album includes Persian and east instruments combined with electronic music.

The Irresistible Force aka Mixmaster Morris’ KIRA KIRA comes to vinyl after much anticipation! Released originally on Liquid Sound Design in 2017, ‘Kira Kira’ is a hypnotic and exhilarating return to form for The Irresistible Force. Digitally re-mastered by Grant Collins (Darshan) @ 4DA studios and including 2 BONUS tracks not on original.

His first full length release in nearly twenty years, this album dips and dives through lush ambient soundscapes, combining Mixmaster Morris’ signature use of crate digging, live instrumentation, and swirling electronics.
‘Kira Kira’ expands on The Irresistible Force sound, exploring the depths of ambient and chillout music. 
The music draws you through a maze of Japanese influences, dub basslines (courtesy of the legendary Jah Wobble), Balearic textures, and the jazz tinged sound of Nik Turner’s (Hawkwind) saxophone.
Created at legendary producer Martin ‘Youth’ Glover’s Space Mountain Studios in the suitably epic, yet idyllic, mountains of southern Spain, Youth, acting as production supervisor, brought his own unique feel to the album, adding warbling arpeggios and a modern aesthetic to the classic sound of The Irresistible Force.

"The assocation between myself and Cream is not an obvious one, But the objective is to help break down the categorization within dance music. This mix hopefully gives a different perspective into another side of dance culture. Mixed by James Lavelle, additional mix, production and scratches by the Phyconauts. ***This came out before web reviews, however, IMHO, it's one of the most badass and technically accomplished mixes of its time.

The pic is an actual scan, the Cream logo is embossed and the light gold and gray print doesn't show up very well, but it's Cream for  sure... :-)
