Enough (In The Name Of Your Grace)

Euphoria: the feeling of being truly alive, filled with bliss. Filled with love. No external stimuli - just the blossoming seed of peace within. It grows larger and larger the more you water it. 

The term Euphoria  is derived from the Greek word ‘euphoros’ which means healthy. Thus, when we are in a state of Euphoria, we are in a state of health. When we are in a state of health, we are in harmony with the rhythm and flow of nature, the natural order of things. And while things are swirling and moving around us, we can find peace and even bliss when we tap into our center. At the eye of the storm, there is stillness. At the center of you, there is calm.

Enjoy this lovely late winter dawn chorus recorded around 7am on March 30, 2022, in Shindagin Hollow, near Brooktondale NY. Various birds sound off against a backdrop of the gurgle of water flowing over beaver dams. Species heard include Blue Jay, Song Sparrow, Red-winged Blackbird, Common Grackle, Hairy Woodpecker, Mallard, and American Crow (and perhaps more that I didn't notice?). Temperature was around 28F with no wind.

Introduction to the Zhentong View (part 1)

My mum has been like a star to my family and I. Fighting hard to make sure that her family made it and had the best that we could... My dad, aka the bestie, has been a rock and a friend, constantly offering advice and guidance where he could even miles away from us.
This is the 2nd year I'll spend away from my parents because we were like the 3 musketeers because our birthday follow each other- 9th, 29th of June and 5th July- and I miss them dearly.
