Sankhara dukkha (the stress/suffering of everyday life) is often obscured because most of us are so accustomed to it. It often appears as "inconvenience." Yet its also one of the most accessible doorways to waking up and liberation when we don't turn away.

Waking Up To Everyday Inconvenience

Karma is action in Buddhism, driven by intention. With practice we cultivate the ability to choose our response and our actions, internally and externally. We might think our intentions are good and so our actions will follow, but our intentions are often under the influence of strong conditioning that prevents us from living our choices. But with practice, we can find our way to greater freedom.
