Drawing from one of Vangelis' most renowned soundtracks, Solarstone has rebooted the theme from the audio auteur's hallowed 'Blade Runner' soundtrack. He has brought trance purity to the beautifully sinister tones of its title theme. Utilizing it as a last tune of the night ID-weapon for many a month, the track (now christened 'Love Theme from Blade Runner') has been given the official seal of approval. The trance master is now set to release his love letter to 'Blade Runner'.

Losing none of its ominous awe-inspiring atmosfear, through Solarstone's 'Love Theme From Blade Runner' Vangelis' now exerts a hypnotic thrall over the club floor. Developing a pounding sonic underlay, built from pistoning drums, dramatic orchestral cymbal crashes and undulating bass swells, he sets the stage for its big dramatic soundscapes. Retrofitting Vangelis' analogue synthesizers & FX with purified trance mechanics and unrelenting tension, he filters its darkly timeless melodic chimes into the mix's system. Brilliantly drawn out over nine fissionable, charged minutes he points Vangelis' 30-year-old classic at the very heart of the club floor.

"The song is about having the animal instinct inside you come to life. Running with them, joining them - the instinct taking over, giving you freedom and making you forget about your human self and all things we humans keep around us in the modern society.

I think humans need to let go a bit more, shake their bodies more often, like the animals do.. It's a beautiful thing really.

Sometimes when you look at the world, and you see what we've done to it, the way many of us hurt the world we live in, innocent animals, even our own kind! And that kind of makes you want to follow the wolves instead. At least for one night."

I was inspired by the wind in Branka Kantas beautiful track "The Wind Of The Wolf". After I had listen to his track I knew that I wanted to make something "stormy" so I composed the hefty part immediately. It has also been very fun to play with electronic sounds. Hope you like the result.

I imagined this story when arranging this track....I imagined two people so desperately in love but who found it hard to tell one another. They stand with their backs to one another on opposites sides of the same wall, each one not knowing the other is directly on the other side.  The song then brings about this conversation between the two of them, between the two of their hearts both being blissfully unaware of the other.

ZODALITT is Lise Jonsson. I'm a Norwegian composer, pianist, and music educator for children. Began playing piano by ear at age 7 and began composing at age 12. Beginning in 2015, I began creating music more earnestly as a means of therapy and to express myself.  My music fits into several genres which showcase my compositional, pianistic, arranging, and creative skills. My life have been enriched by travels, especially Greece, where I spent three years. My academic experiences, music teaching background, and life experiences bring richness, variety, and meaning to my music. I 'm especially fond of the beauty of the countryside of my native Norway, where I find inspiration from nearby forests where I frequently walks with my dog. I took the name ZODALITT after the crystal stone Sodalite. Sodalite crystal meaning is linked to the ethereal energy that promotes the highest form of self-expression. Artists were known to carry Sodalite for inspiration. The Sodalite crystal stone meaning has a long held association with the colour of the heavens.
Influenced by : Secret Garden, Vangelis, Mozart, Chopin, Tsjajkovskij, Nigel Kennedy, classical music, music from the 80s, especially Queen and Freddy Mercury, and a lot of music in different genres....old and new !
