Many children must act as a mother or father in the house since one or both parents are addicted to  prescription drugs.
The suffering of children as a result of their parents addiction is an important Topic. Therefore, we have dedicated this song to all children suffering from their parents addiction .  
This is not about being a bad parent but about an overuse of drugs prescribed by the doctor.
So our great hope is that awareness will one day, bring about change. Lyrics below.

I’m happy to announce the release of RockCounsellor’s latest song, ‘The Privilege’, produced in collaboration with Richard Campbell at Orpheus Studio, who once again has used his wizardry and made his magic, so I can so proudly release another song from my head out into the world. 

The song is about the privilege of experiencing someone else’s vulnerability. It’s inspired by the access my work gives me to people’s inner worlds, which are sometimes very much at odds with how they present themselves to the outside world.

When so many of us are isolated from direct contact with friends and relatives, being vulnerable and sharing our fears and anxieties with our loved-ones can be so helpful in coping with the uncertainty we are facing.

It can also be helpful to listen to music!

ふざけている要素と本気でカッコイイと思っている要素が混ざっている。言葉って「意味」があるじゃないですか。何かを明確に指し示す時に表現しやすくて便利な方法だと思っています。ただ一方で、複雑な感情や感覚は表現しづらいと感じることが多いです。言葉で書くと矛盾するような感情は、たくさんある。こういう類の話の時に「部分的に」という表現もあるけど、それもしっくりこない。社会をなして生きていくものでもありますが、やっぱり生物だから人間は。機械っぽいでしょ「部分」って言い方。「相反する感情や感覚が混ざっている感じ」を形にしたい。音楽表現は自分にとって、ちょうどよい。この曲は、そんな感じかな。ツイッターでは、ジョークっぽくしたつもりだけど、真面目に言うと、そんな感じですね。140文字では言い切れない。とりあえず、やりたいことはやったので、満足です。そりゃそーだろ、好きにやってるし！笑。今年の創作活動は、これにて終了ー！聴いてくれた方、本当にありがとうございました。心から感謝しています。「ありがとうございます」を言いすぎて、本当に感謝していることが伝わっているのか…不安になる時があるんですけどね。簡単じゃないですか…言うだけって…。来年からbandcampをメインにしようかなぁと思ってます。販売もやってみようと思って。「購入」という選択肢が増えるだけで、それ以外は今までと一緒です。フリーで始めから終わりまで、何度でも聴けます。目的や目標は、あまり持たずにやっていきたいが…こんなこともしたくなった。作るものはエゴイスティックですが、聴いてくれる人にとっは良い「音楽ショー」にしたいわけさ。…良いお年を！！！北島さぶちゃん、コレ…歌ってくれないかなー。笑。

ZODALITT is Lise Jonsson. I'm a Norwegian composer, pianist, and music educator for children. Began playing piano by ear at age 7 and began composing at age 12. Beginning in 2015, I began creating music more earnestly as a means of therapy and to express myself.  My music fits into several genres which showcase my compositional, pianistic, arranging, and creative skills. My life have been enriched by travels, especially Greece, where I spent three years. My academic experiences, music teaching background, and life experiences bring richness, variety, and meaning to my music. I 'm especially fond of the beauty of the countryside of my native Norway, where I find inspiration from nearby forests where I frequently walks with my dog. I took the name ZODALITT after the crystal stone Sodalite. Sodalite crystal meaning is linked to the ethereal energy that promotes the highest form of self-expression. Artists were known to carry Sodalite for inspiration. The Sodalite crystal stone meaning has a long held association with the colour of the heavens.
Influenced by : Secret Garden, Vangelis, Mozart, Chopin, Tsjajkovskij, Nigel Kennedy, classical music, music from the 80s, especially Queen and Freddy Mercury, and a lot of music in different genres....old and new !
