What first really got me into producing about 15 years ago was the art of free styling and cyphering. I was very fascinated how something so simple as a beat could open portals to a seemingly endless dialogue. The experiences I had through this showed me everyone has something creatively expressive to share or say. I feel They just need a place for that to be expressed, a place where they feel safe, because expression is not a competition, it’s a release. Which was ultimately the catalyst for me searching for and wanting to share my own voice, but even more so at that time to create a place for others to share theirs. Since their humble beginnings at a community radio station in 2003, little.fiery.one has been exploring the craft of mixing music with an ear for unique, beautiful, ambitious and experimental sounds. Punctuated with a variety of genres and styles little.fiery.one's sets aim to help create warm, open and explorative dancefloors that invite dancers deep into their dance. 

A trans/genderqueer 3rd generation settler, they currently reside and dance upon Treaty 6 territory, within the traditional territories for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Métis, Nehiyaw (Cree), Denesuline (Dene), Nakota Siou (Stoney), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux) and Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and many others. 

As someone deeply invested in dance in its many forms, they have helped shape dancefloors at a variety of festivals gatherings, ecstatic dance events, and house parties.
