The Errs That Bind Us

Anxiety Disorder is not simply black and white. This is my experience. 
Anxiety can make the mind lose control, fixating on one thing or many things, often these things cannot be controlled. This poem explores the multi complexities and layers that come with anxiety disorders, also OCD, eating disorders and loss of control, and other people's perceptions.
