Kuttin Edge returns to Locked Concept after an amazing debut with his 'Bubble Gum' EP, and presents a new EP for the label's first release of 2023 - 'Crocodile'.

The EP features 5 fresh, melodic, techy, and funky drum and bass tracks, suiting the dancefloor and headphones equally. Kuttin Edge's progression as a producer is on full display, as he produces a well-rounded, and accomplished EP.

The EP marks the 26th release of Locked Concept's main label output, and a return to some heavier hitting tunes.

'Crocodile' drops January 28th on digital.

Locked Concept is a music and visual arts label.

Locked Concept is a label co-founded by drum and bass artist Lockjaw and close friends. It is a platform to enable creative control and ensure a high quality marriage of visual and auditory art forms.

Locked Concept explores the deeper side of music with a focus on "listening" music over the ability to make one dance. On the visual side of things, the label features local visual artists who focus on a variety of different mediums to convey their feelings about the music featured on the label.

Originally hailing from Norwich in the UK, "23" immigrated to the west coast of Canada in 2007. 
After getting caught up in the "rat race" for 10 plus years he has returned to his one true passion, Music, specifically Drum & Bass.
The Mission: to spread peace, love and unity through music (you know, the DnB way!) and help grow the genre on this side of the pond.

DJ since the 90s, I lean toward intelligent drum and bass/jungle, also carving out  downtempo atmospheric sets. I play out on Onlyoldskoolradio and am available for bookings for vinyl and digital sets
