This is a little chord sequence I was banging out on the piano for the last few days. It began to sound like it could be a good synth-pop tune so I put together a very rough cut so I wouldn't lose the idea. I'll go back and rework it a bit and it may end up on my next album.

NOTES No.5 came about one rainy Sunday afternoon while I was testing out a newly acquired Novation Bass Station. I sequenced a simple baseline on the JUNO-106 and then started experimenting with lead sounds. I added 808 drum samples from a Roland JV-35, started playing chords with cheesy choir samples and before long I had the makings of a little synth-pop ditty.
