Got a NEW toy!!. Using an Arturia Beatstep Pro to drive a vintage Roland aJUNO-1 and an old Roland JV-35. I'm working out some riffs and instrument combinations for an upcoming live show. This is really just a sketch and has not be mixed, mastered, or even EQ'd. Nonetheless, I hope you hear something you like.

Was lucky enough to spend my birthday locked in the studio with a bunch of synths. This track is the result. It's a very, very, VERY rough first cut recorded directly from the mixer without editing, processing or added effects. Even the MIDI sequences are recorded "live" without any quantizing or editing...yet. I'm working on polishing it for use in an upcoming album. Stay tuned...

Experimental Electronica and Synthesizer Cheese.  lo-fi ROBOT Boy makes music using hardware synthesizers, sequencers & drum machines collected from flea markets, yard sales, and the dusty back rooms of music shops. Everything has knobs, sliders & smells like ozone. VSTs and blue LEDs be damned!
