Sanoi is set to release a series of club singles on Loop Electronic, a new sub-label of Loop Recordings Aot(ear)oa, just in time for the Southern Hemisphere summer festival season. Drawing inspiration from countless summer nights on festival dancefloors, while paying homage to disco and alternative house / techno.

"Ratatat" is a stomping, moody, dancefloor track built around a straight pumping back beat with 80s electro toms, organic percussion and big synths.

PREMIERE: Zuke - How We Met

New Zealand artist @HarryCharles unveils ‘Visions Of Red’, his debut single for Loop Electronic, the newly launched sub-label of Loop Recordings Aot(ear)oa. Taken from his forthcoming sophomore album MOVEMENT, the track is a richly textured blend of downtempo and organic house, showcasing Harry’s continued exploration of emotive, groove-centric beats and his growth as a producer and live performer.

MOVEMENT, set for release in May 2025, marks Harry’s first full-length album since returning to Aotearoa after years of artistic growth in Berlin. Known for his seamless fusion of live guitar, soulful vocals, and electronic production, Harry's work on this album reflects his deep connection to both his roots and the transformative journey he's experienced abroad.

“The more I grow as an artist, the more I want to evolve into something new. There's a lot that's familiar about this song to me, and there's a fresh feel to it as well - a sign of evolution and a deeper dive into the heart and sound of a dance floor groove,” Harry shares.

Sanoi reunites with longtime collaborator @jakerattler for 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang', the second club-focused single from the upcoming Loose Change EP [@loopcrew]

Inspired by countless festival dancefloors across Australasia and Europe, 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang' is a high-energy DJ weapon that blends the spirit of disco with the edge of alternative house and techno. Featuring an extended break that masterfully builds tension and energy, 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang' introduces well-timed elements to ensure the drop lands with maximum impact.

Taken from the forthcoming Loose Change EP, Sanoi begins the year with a collaborative bang, teaming up with fellow DJ/producer @boznich13 for "Chill Bill".

"'Chill Bill' was created over a couple of days with Boznich," says Sanoi. "Our idea was to write something that doesn’t lean into the big dramatic buildups and drops dominating dancefloors today. Instead, we aimed for something that carries a certain ‘cool’ while still driving hard and full of energy."

The new EP arrives via Loop Electronic, the new sub-label from Loop Recordings Aot(ear)oa.

The EP kicks off with ‘Shipwrecked’, a track created especially for last summer’s Shipwrecked Festival, NZ’s premier gathering for underground house and techno. Influenced by Giorgio Moroder and nights spent in Berlin clubs, the track has since been a staple of Sanoi’s live sets.
