Make Space for What Is Just

Singer-Songwriter and Yoga Teacher, Lori Jo grew up outside of the US as a third culture kid, has always found herself among outsiders. Music has always held a life-source and helped make sense of life. Having her life turned upside down and manipulated to give up music left deep wounds, it was during this time that yoga saved her life and she became aware of her reality - that she was being spiritually abused. After taking her voice and her life back she braved the new path of recovery and healing, resilience and finding her voice again. This collection of songs are some of the first to be heard since she took her voice back. Since completing her MA in theology as an intersectional feminist theologian she is now beginning to explore songs of resistance.
