The next release on Black Seven Music sees our first ever compilation come to fruition. Featuring a whole host of artists all from the UK, the ‘Autumn VA’ contains seven freshly-squeezed rolling Tech House and bumpy Deep House cuts - filled to the brim with groove and gusto.

Opening the release, label frontmen BRODYR present ‘Strippers’. A loosely swung chugging terrace track, driven by an addictive sub-bass melody and the ripple of soft synths. Its catchy vocal hook and shuffled rhythm make it a certified vibe-builder, and then some.

Matt Gray (UK) & Lokia’s ‘Mars In Your Eyes’ cranks the tempo somewhat. A pounding roller from the first bar, the tracks cleverly planned percussive arrangement give it bags of energy and adds character to its undulating potency - making it a robust peak-time Tech driver.

Flowtek (UK) follows up with ‘Diskotek’. Focusing on the roar of low-end frequencies, the track’s amazonian persona makes for an enjoyably moving experience. Expanding through its transitional stages, building and striking, delivering a rambunctious throwdown each time.

Taking things down a deeper route, MKEY (UK) supplies a standout piece with ‘Intergalactic’. A dubby and spaced-out affair, essentially providing a premium exhibition of London town’s prominent Deep House sonic format. Loose, sultry and subtle; full of movement-invoking rhythm and plenty of rabbit hole moments to sink into.

‘Pronto’ is next up, as Chris Brooks delivers a punchy and compelling Tech stomper. Clean cut percussion rattle of the crisp piercing of sizzling hats, all riding above the thumping combination of heavyweight kicks and sub-bass notes below. A pulsating dancefloor heater to say the least.

Copasetic’s ‘Git Da’ is another standout track. Driving Deep Tech that will put you on your toes, a minimalistic approach to the beat structure accentuates the vigour of all of its elements. If you’re looking for a late-night head-turner, this is up there.

Closing the release, Atlas Boda’s ‘Dusk’ throws even more variation into the mix. A pacy wobbler, difficult to attach to a specific genre and built around a burning sense of creativity. A crisp 4/4 beat lays the foundation for modulating and arpeggiating soft synths and bass layers, taking you through melodic peaks and troughs from start to finish. A truly unique piece of music to end our first ever compilation.

We are pleased to have back on Roush to Zamoras, our beloved duo of Venezuelan brothers. They strike back with Ricochet, a funny 2 side EP after his 'Bee Ass' released last December on Roush. With a busy agenda, now stopped due to major forces, Zamoras brothers have been working on new tracks not only for Roush, they've also have founded Jet Lag Records, their very first label. Regarding to their new EP, title cut 'Ricochet' opens with a groovy pattern provided by the straight drum and the funky bassline which modulates as the track goes in crescendo. Vocal shouts and a clever arrangement helps to maintain the vibe. Next up, 'Take It Off' is an electro infused tech-house composition where the squared bass is the main ingredient.
