For the next Lost release Leftwing & Kody have drafted in Max Chapman. Only three years ago Max was tipped by Pete Tong as one to watch.  

For LR 006 we have a 5 track EP. Jackin' leads the way with it's deep hooks and solid vocal samples. This time on a remix tip is another Lost brother PAWSA who adds his signature instrumentation. On a more high tempo synth groove with a trippy rolling bassline Max cleverly masters 'Holding On.'  Label bosses Leftwing and Kody add a more melodic spaced out vibe when they join in on remix duties with their trademark arrangement. 

To wrap this up 'Too Late' speeds things up a notch with a lively female vocal building on a more techy sound throughout

Jackin' - Max Chapman - PAWSA Remix - Out Now

Hot off the heels of his latest venture with Defected Records’ DFTD offshoot, and his chart topping success with “I Wanna Feel”, we’re extremely excited to present Secondcity’s debut on Saved. The Chicago-born Londoner continues to make a name for himself with the aptly titled Technique EP, which kicks off with the lead track Deep Down. Deep Down fuses chunky beats with an infectious vocal to create an A side that manages to be both deep and banging all at once. Moving onto the B side, Technique (And We Go), and it becomes clear why there is so much talk about this young producer. Technique (And We Go), is a medley of tribal drums and piercing basslines combined with a somewhat familiar vocal urging us to “feel it!”, something that the record certainly achieves. 

Secondcity’s Technique EP may be something slightly different for his fans, but it’s clear that this young, eclectic producer is making a name for himself, and the quality of the productions and the reactions on the floor speak for themselves!

Great Stuff regulars Wise D & Kobe present yet another outstanding three-tracker entitled Freaks EP. The Serbian duo start things off with “Freaks”, which features warm, driving lows and a mesmerising groove. Old-school styled rave break downs are making this a summer festival sure shot.

“Dedication” has a thick, stomping groove that over time builds with various hi-hat variations, as well as with diverse, sleek cow bell and clap patterns. Lush sound bits are floating atop and are combined with delay soaked vocal snippets that keep things interesting and a lot of fun.

Wise D & Kobe are closing out the EP with another floor-filler. “All The Time” is a peak time weapon, with penetrating other-worldly sounds and a pounding kick. This track keeps your head locked into its groove and your feet on the dancefloor!
