We like nice things, and set in the exceptionally beautiful surroundings of the Rhodope Mountains lies the quaint Bulgarian village of Polkovnik Serafimovo. 850m above sea-level and a stones throw away from the Greek border, this enchanting village is where Meadows in the Mountains likes to call home. Historically the country has been invaded and conquered by the Roman Empire, Gengis Khan, Alexander the Great and was finally enveloped by the mighty communist iron curtain (and now us!). As a result the local area has a rich cultural heritage including ancient Thracian sites such as Perperikon and Tatul; medieval castles, churches, monasteries and scenic villages with traditional Bulgarian architecture from 18th and 19th century. The Rhodopes is the greenest and most picturesque Bulgarian mountain range and is also known as the homeland of the mythological singer Orpheus. Orpheus was a legendary musician, poet, and prophet in ancient Greek religion and myth. ILL PHIL aka Phil Dolman has been DJ'ing for almost 18 years now, having played all over the world Phil is no stranger to the business. He has been part of a few other projects prior to this, he worked with the super producer Will Bailey AKA Lowsteppa for 3 years. Together they gave you 'Bass Weazal' & 'Punk Rolla' These projects saw Phil tour the States, and see most of Europe and even go as far as South Korea.

Radio 1 and Capital FM, KISS FM & many more have supported a lot of his productions, and continue to do so.

Phil also hosted a show called ‘The Certified Jackin Takeover’ on Grant Nelson’s the D3ep Fm network. This was a monthly show that goes out all over the world, and reaches a vast amount of listeners.

Recently Phil has decided to stay his hand at the more bassy sounding music currently known as 'House & Bass'  or  'Jackin House'  With over 100 solid tunes to his name, he is a driving force in the UK scene playing all over the country every week.

In early 2013 Phil joined the prestigious 'Certified Jackin' brand. He now does 6 mixtapes a year which achieve huge listenership's, exceeding well into the 100's of thousands of views & downloads. He also runs parties at the famous ‘Lightbox’ Club in London with ‘Certified Jackin’ which have been a huge success. 

2018 was a crazy year for Phil, seeing him play all over the country and over seas. Phil took the stage at many clubs &festivals.  2019 is set to be his biggest yet, with planned tours in Canada & Germany already, plus some other exciting things in the pipeline. Along with a very busy UK schedule, it’s going to be an amazing year for him. There will also be the release of 5 new exclusive track to mark his final year producing!

Phil is getting great support from the crowds and gaining a keen following from the scenes main heads, so if you go to one of his shows… expect a high energy set, packed full of exclusive tracks!

It's a bright future for the young DJ with plenty of new tunes in the pipeline and some great shows lined up.

History

Lost Hours started because there were a lack of places in Birmingham UK (and its northern suburbs) to truly enjoy the music we loved. We have an extremely talented group of friends, each with their unique and varying abilities that were well rounded into creating something special. So we put our heads together and came up with Lost Hours, an unpretentious party held at small intimate venues with a welcoming atmosphere, interesting music/visuals, and where people could come and party for cheap and enjoy themselves.

A Kennedy set is all about the house music as he takes the crowd on a journey of jackin' grooves, warm rumbling subs, sweet sharp percussion and delicate vocal treatment that will hypnotise you.

Born and raised in Birmingham, England, Jack travelled from the U.K. through the states and ended up in Sydney, Australia where he honed his successful music career, playing as part of Scott Robertson’s The Division Agency on the same cards as Hot Since 82, Jack Master, Nicky Night Time, Sneaky Sound System, Yolanda Be Cool and many more.  

It's no co-incidence that Jack found his calling as a DJ early on in life, being brought up surrounded by music as his father was a top DJ himself in Birmingham and his two brothers, Carl Kennedy and Jimmy Kennedy, have also carved out names for themselves in the industry as international producers and DJs. It's safe to say music is in his blood. 

Bali is Jack’s current stomping ground, where he is making big moves in the island's house music scene. Alongside Kaiser Waldon and Scotty Cal's internationally successful ESCAPE Presents brand, Jack is part of one of Bali's most coveted and growing house parties, coming off the back of a weekly Sunday residency at Jenja and Da Maria's 528hz
