BIO:
Sorcery cuts a unique presence in electronic music’s experimental underground. A passion for the interaction between acoustic and electronic instruments has led to the creation of intricate, mind bending and challenging compositions. There’s an unrelenting and visceral impulse to his work, defined by a life-long and far-reaching passion for the rhythmic qualities of music. It’s a compelling, abrasive alchemy, defined by a belief in pursuing the ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’. This is ‘total’ music production: composition, collaboration, performance and recording — of which he is a proven a master in all four disciplines.

The producer behind Sorcery has lent his unique live drummer presence to the techno scene throughout various contributions and collaborations including Kangding Ray, Belief Defect, Dadub and Powell just to name a few. This musicianship has led him to perform twice at Berlin Atonal festival and release on the Atonal imprint with SUMS (Kangding Ray + Barry Burns/Mogwai).

ABOUT ME:

I started mixing at 17 on Omnitronic belt decks and a primitive 80's nightclub mixer.
Just after, I produced lots of tracks with my Friend Kaop, with FruityLoppss and Electric Black Serie.

French agent for QEBRUS  to 2017_2020 (RIP my Friend 👽)

I  also found myself regularly running the first TECHNO SHOP in CAEN for a few years: COSMONOISE.

Opened by SEB, this shop quickly became a reference in the Underground productions for FREEPARTY & TEKNIVAL which were exploding in France.

Through his label KRYZALIDE, he launched the career of multiple artists who became pillars of this scene:
MAISSOUILLE, FLOXYTEK, BILLYX and many others...

After a period where I put my turntables away, 
I meet QEBRUS (thomas) who will change my life.

I discovered his totally extreme musical universe and his crazy sound design... Already recognized in the USA and in the eastern countries, he is quoted and played by artists like VENETIAN SNARES, APHEX TWINS, OTTO VON SCHIRACH, RICHARD DEVINE...

His last scene took place in the USA, in TEXAS in a festival where APHEX TWINS, BJORK, FLYING LOTUS...and many other artists played.
During this event, APHEX TWINS played several tracks of QEBRUS in a huge and massive 2 hours set.

Thomas already has an important career in the international intelligent dance music and glitch scene but in France, it is complicated for him to get dates and to spread his extra-terrestrial sound universe.

He asked me to become his agent for France, and there, I will live 2 years completely incredible, unique memories that Thomas offered me, who was a REAL friend.
..
And many other memories and incredible meetings (ADZ BOOKING, SPIRAL TRIBE, CAPSULE CORPS, SOMNIAC ONE, MANU LE MALIN...).

Unfortunately Thomas left us suddenly while he was preparing an album with OTTO VON SCHIRACH.

Following this tragic event, I decided to really get back into the mix with the aim of using music to heal pain through sound frequencies and to offer a moment of freedom, sharing and benevolence.
