Techno is body music. It’s all about this special feeling that you have when your mind disconnects and your body just follows the music, the feeling of freedom when you dance. 
Simone’s vision of techno unceasingly characterizes his unique productions as well as his DJ sets. Colorful and energetic techno, a powerful explosion of craziness and happiness at the same time. 
Three-dimensional spatial sounds combined with gentle but determined drum grooves create a mystical whirling result and a killer stereo experience. 
Last year Simone founded the Berlin based art and music collective Friendship Collective. Through his devotion to techno and visual and performance arts the idea for CONCEPTUAL was born. 
His performances will often be characterized by collaborations with visual artists and performers, creating a special techno experience for the people that come to see him play. 
Simone’s progressive approach to producing and DJing as well as his collaborations with artists in and outside music reflects his artistic vision and goals as much as his spirited personality, and, in its essence, embodies what CONCEPTUAL represents.

After getting off to a strong start last year following the creation of Voight-Kampff, Whitley and his collective have been causing a ruckus around Scotland and have found themselves heavily involved with Jaded, most recently throwing their first 2 room take over. Whitley himself takes most of his inspiration from the old school, percussive drum driven techno sound coming from labels like Downwards and Tresor - as well as holding and taking a huge amount of interest in more recent Scandinavian techno and electronic music as a whole, namely from the Copenhagen techno scene.

He emerged as a DJ in the pioneering days of the Berlin scene during the late 80s. He's known for combining highly individual yet refined mixing skills with both his vast encyclopedic techno knowledge and an unquenchable thirst for new sounds that carry the potential to push all boundaries.

'With this mix I wanted to experiment with some of the folk music that I collected during these years of traveling around the globe. I wanted to combine a certain type of traditional world music, mainly Asian, with a raw and enveloping ambient and electro-acoustic background. Inside there are aspects of Mongolian, Japanese, Taiwanese and South Korean music culture, together with field-recordings by Hafdís Bjarnadóttir from Iceland and electronic compositions by Eliane Radigue, Pete Namlook, Carlo Giustini, Loscil and Music For Sleep. My aim is to submit the listener to a different approach to listening to folk music, creating a soundscape that fully reflects the experiences and emotions during those travels.'

The japanese legend is one of the worlds most influential artists in techno. “When the Humans Will Walk With the Gods” is the name of the new vinyl production for No Way Records. It's signed by Moreno Mariotti, aka Dorian Gray, Italian DJ and producer, author of several prestigious releases for labels such as Ascetic, Illegal Alien, Edit Select and The Gods Planet for to name a few. This new work, composed of three originals and a remix made by Blazej Malinowski, opens with "Landing on the Shardana Planet", a piece with a great atmosphere supported by a tenuous drum machine that is never invasive. In "Stellar Wanderer" instead the rhythm becomes protagonist weaving in a sort of escape by enveloping analogical arpeggios. In side B we find “Airy Gravity”, an inspired track that brilliantly feeds electronic pulses with incisive rhythms. The ep close with a rework of “Airy Gravity” by Blazej Malinowski, which gives to the original a more caustic and powerful connotation, leaving it permeating with the same cosmic reflections. Awesome production in perfect balance between cerebral and physical fulfillment.

BIO:
Tony Scott has been producing electronic music since the early nineties under various pseudonyms, He established the Edit Select project, as well as its eponymous label, in 2007, focusing on atmospheric yet stripped-down, back-to-basics techno tracks for club use. Several 12″s appeared, including releases on labels like Ostgut Ton and Figure, as well as remixes for the likes of Speedy J, Chris Liebing, and VCMG. Edit Select’s debut full-length, Phlox, appeared on the German label Prologue in 2014. During the same year, the artist released an edit of Teste’s classic 1992 track “The Wipe.” Collaborations with Dino Sabatini and Mike Parker followed, as well as singles on CLR, Dreiklang and Semantica. In 2016, Edit Select and Antonio Ruscito released the deep, spacy collaborative LP Visitors – Projections. The following year, Edit Select’s The Bridge EP was released by Soma Records, which had previously been home to the majority of Scott’s earlier work under the name Percy X, including three full-lengths and nearly two dozen singles. Shortly following 2018’s Horizon EP, the label released the full-length Cyclical Undulations, easily the most expansive, accomplished Edit Select work to date.

The Lady Machine is a veteran Brazilian artist with 20 years of experience on her belt purely as a vinyl DJ. Based on a more complex structure of rhythms with dark underground lines of synths and textures, The Lady Machine incorporates the spirit of techno in the twenty first century. 
She stands by a deep musical research and precise technique. Her versatile sets blend genres of techno in its many forms and when combined with her fast, furious but tight mixing it creates a perfect atmosphere with the dancefloor. "I never limit myself to one style. “A quality sound with attitude and always dance floor orientated are what I try to convey in my sets" she says. 
Following a hiatus from the techno community, over the past two years she has cemented her name in the Berlin community playing at the best events in the city and becoming a resident at the highly-rated event Pornceptual. 
Previously she has been at the forefront of the underground electronic scene in Brazil for many years, her skills have taken her around the globe over the past two decades including Asia, North America, Latin America and numerous tours of Europe with club and festival performances across the continent. 
Now residing in Berlin, she is running her label Unterwegs and recently released the second record with some long-awaited production in the form of two solid, raw techno tracks: Diligence & Vigilance. Her tracks have been supported by acts such as Ben Sims, Dave Clarke, Freddy K, Setaoc Massand many others.  
Meanwhile, she continuous to perfect her productions skills concentrating on the quality, not quantity of output and playing gigs for well established clubs and parties.

Authentically purveying the pulsations of the nakedly throbbing and ugly world, far away from Starbucks and H&M.
Signed to respected labels such as Random Island, Mote-Evolver, Komisch and Frozen Border sublabel Naked Index he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label Proletarijat since 2016. Like a rabid mongrel, since 1998 he has been chewing and belching new bastard beats that are aching to scream out. Consequently there’s a steaming and steady stream of vinyl releases coming.
With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time."

Parisian – Benales has been honing his craft since the end of the 90s. His talent allows him to put himself in many clubs in Europe like Tresor, Rex Club, Le sucre, The Gate (Georgia) but also as a regular guest of Concrete when it’s not rare to find Benales surrounded by guest of solid reputation like DVS1, Zadig, Surgeon, Steve Bicknell, Dj Pete, James Ruskin. Fascinated by Techno and coldness of electronic music, he released some EP’s and remixes on Sino (Technasia Label), and notably “Elements part 1 & part 2” have marked his spot in the international scene. Over the years, he had several releases on outstanding labels like Suburban Avenue, Analog Solutions, Knotweed, Diffuse Reality, Key Vinyl, and many more to follow.
