Through her command of the decks, you learned about her skill and style. We wanted to bring you more Shannon, her stories and her journey to crafting a life around music.

Shannon is a dance floor professional. She builds dance floors; she’s started parties here and in China, where she lived for five years, even opened a club abroad. She shares the dance floor, using radio to open conversations about club culture. And she is a *really* good, dance floor–shaking DJ. Shannon lives for the funk, she dies for the funk. And she takes the funk very seriously.
