A modern nomad who has travelled the continents with his music, Nu is as diverse in his musical styles as he is well-travelled.

Taking influences from his various homes, such as Switzerland, Germany, or Peru, the producer and trained sound engineer branched out into various genres (deep house, hip hop, trip-hop, ambient, experimental, dance, and even film and dance theatre music composition). Through this years-long musical journey, Nu then found his true calling: instrumentals amalgamated with his electronic production, all held together through solid rhythms.

Nuʼs music has a strong emphasis on live performance. He fuses clean-cut minimal techno with the raw sounds of his analogue synthesis and his self-made instruments. He works with anything from self-recorded samples over drum and synthesizer machines to multi-touch screen controllers.

Winning remixers of our first competition featured on the released package which has just been licensed to and will be released by Ministry Of Sound. Cubular DJ's "That Bell Track" Remix winners will see their remix released by EMI in South Africa as well as a very hot label in Denmark and now also Universal in Belgium and Luxembourg! Plus Spinnin in Holland. With the track shaping up to be large they could be seeing their mix on a whole load of cool labels and maybe even hitting the charts.

2. Styles Accepted: Any Style
3. Please place finished remix in our dropbox (PRIVATELY) and send us a message to check receipt. Make sure we can DOWNLOAD it and make sure it is NOT "Public". Please do not send the track to the group.
4. Please name the remix "A Team Theme (YOUR REMIX NAME Remix)". Thankyou
5. Top 5-10 Remixes (depending on quality) will be promo'd to 500 Top World Dj's. Sent to and potentially licensed to 500+ of the hottest labels around the world and finally receive a full release on 953 recordings including made available for sale on iTunes, Juno, Traxsource, DJ Download, Discogs and Beatport.
6. Although NOT essential it should be noted that most of the winning entries in past comps had mastered (some professionally - some themselves) their remixes to a high standard.
7. Remixes should be a minimum of 5min 30secs.

Jesus Leyva born in the north of Lima, started as a DJ in January 2014 with the sole objective of sharing all his passion for music and sounds, always looking for a good sound bass in the minimalist deep / deeptech & microhouse genres. . In mid-2019 he started and dedicated himself to the composition of the house track, influenced by minimalist sounds, Jesus Leyva is an artist who is in the whole process of growth with the experience he has obtained with his time in music and presentations that he has had in local gigs in the city of Lima, Peru.

Jules Spinner started his music career DJ'ing over 20 years ago, moving onto promoting at Nicky Holloways infamous Velvet Underground and Mars (formerly Milk Bar) Clubs. Since then Jules moved into the business side of recorded music working first at BMG and then at Ministry Of Sound, UK.

In 2002 Jules left the Ministry of Sound where he had worked in A&R and Marketing to start Lowered Recordings. In 2003 Jules produced "Husan" by Bhangra Knights, put it out on Lowered, signed it on to Positiva and following the Top Ten success has not looked back.
