I'm a huge fan of Amon Tobin and was honored to open for his Two Fingers set at Beta in Denver. This recording covers my solo opening only, which was followed by Mental and myself tag teaming. Both of us played a selection of tracks on vinyl and digital, digging deep into some of our old school records, and deliberately playing some 45s at 33 and vice versa. A very unconventional and improvisational set-up, and a treat to have the opportunity to play such music in music in public, I only wish I could have heard it on the quad stack Funktion-Ones.
