It was an honor to co-create this ecstatic dance ritual for my Denver Rhythm Sanctuary community on Thursday, October 3, 2024. This was one of my first sets since my mother’s passing in August, and the theme that came through through the music was transformation and new beginnings. My intention for this movement journey was an invitation to go inwards, to feel deeply, process whatever emotions arise, and emerge firmly rooted in the soil and connected to the cosmos. Music is medicine—let it take you out of your mind, into your body, and back to your center. This is a gift from my heart to yours.
