Feeling into what the music as the 'language of spirit' means to me, a sound story revealed itself honoring emotional depths and sounds that revel in the journey of coming home into sorrow, into joy, into contemplation. Music for me is the way I connect with and process what I feel, as I find it difficult sometimes to express it in words. Winter has arrived, the world is both living & dying, sleeping & awakening, and as I pay closer attention to reality, the inside and the outside are the same. This mix celebrated the bridge between those worlds, in love.
