The recently spawned side-project of an established Melbourne DJ. Harvey Hooch is a passion project that has already garnered a solid following. Encompassing Swing, Jazz and Techno, taking the finest parts of each, the music creates a fun, energetic and at times sexy sound that appeals not only to the electro-swing faithful, but also to the techno elite. 

Having had a long time passion for the modern interpretations of swing classics, Harvey knew there was something else there for him, but struggled to find the precise sound he wanted. Taking matters into his own hands, his only option was to start producing his own trademark interpretations. With a couple of cheeky bootlegs already doing the rounds and a lot more to come, Harvey Hooch is now sharing his vision and sound with the rest of the world.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years Dave Juric is a true multi-genre specialist. Known for his expertly-crafted warm up sets for progressive heavyweights like Henry Saiz, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Oliver Schories & Danny Howells he has proven is equally adept at priming the dance floor for house and techno artists like James Zabiela, Patrice Baumel, Stacey Pullen, Thomas Schumacher, Matthias Meyer & Metodi Hristov.

Alongside a hugely successful career as a club DJ, he has also performed at renowned festivals Rainbow Serpent (2015 - Sunset Stage, 2017 - Market Stage, 2018, 2019 – Chill Stage), Esoteric (2019, 2020, 2022), Lost Paradise (NSW), Subsonic (NSW), Babylon, Tell No Tales, Electric Gardens, Summadayze & Let Them Eat Cake.

Whether crafting a collection of downtempo ambient electronica, warm progressive house, driving techno, even breaks or drum & bass he is sure to provide the perfect selection of music at just the right time.

A music aficionado with an obsessive, compulsive desire to dig deep for dance floor weapons, Algorithm has spent two decades mastering his craft. Igniting his passions for a wide range of genres as a young DJ on the club circuit, he developed a deep understanding of the sounds he now uses to stir up dusty dance floors. In the past few years alone he has graced the stages at some of the scene’s most influential and respected events such as Rainbow Serpent Festival, Earthcore, Yemaya, Babylon, Esoteric and Eclipse Festival. 
Embracing the energy and exciting influences the festival circuit offers, Algorithm has honed his sound and abilities to a fine art, having broadened his tastes and style, he's become a trusted source of musical magic across all listening spaces.
