This song has Gary Zucker on drums, Niels Sorensen on bass, Garrett Frees on saxophone, Sadie Carpenter on whistles, and was mastered by Garrett Edson. All other instruments were played by Luke Frees.

Honeycomb Hotel is the next in a series of singles Luke has been releasing since November, each of which consists of an a-side and a b-side. Noted as "the first optimistic song I've made in a while," the lyrics deal with a metaphorical hotel where you can practice self-love again and get better.

He’s produced three albums and one EP as a solo artist, as well as one album with a band he formed with other musicians at Berklee. Beginning with Gimme Some Time (To Prove U Wrong), Luke continues to consistently release new music, putting out one single at a time.
