TRANSATLANTIC

A little while back I was asked to put together a mix for the good folks at Magnetic Magazine. Not wanting to just put together a mix with the ten most exclusive and unreleased songs I had come across I thought about it more conceptually and came up with the "On the Rocks" mix. The mix as you may have guessed is Cocktail Hour inspired with sensual toe-tappers just edging you on to the dancefloor....but not too much, this is a cocktail party.

"On the Rocks" - Mix for Magnetic Magazine

'Fly Away' is a sound compilation series that pays homage to individual journeys + emotive escapes.

The intro is layered with a recording of children in the UK, in the year 1966, predicting the "future". It's slightly haunting and pretty beautiful at the same time.
