Next up we have a massive remix from the irrepresible Snap Crackle & Pop. 
Desert Sound Colony have been making a splash with releases on Holding Hands Records and recent podcasts for Stamp the Wax.  For this outing they have given Scott Fraser of Crimes of the Future remix duties and he has turned in a druggy house stomper which presses all the right buttons, building into an acid house monster with cut up vocals and a beast of an acid riff which tears the dancefloor a new one.
Breakbeats,  heavy kicks and acid galore make this a highlight of Snap Crackle & Pop's 5th release. This track certainly doesn't live up to the title. It is a track which doesn't for one second lose it's rhythm.

Propaganda Moscow launches electro offshoot 'Code' with split EP from DJ Overdose & Hadamard
Following a succession of techno VA’s throughout the course of last year which included the likes of Jeroen Search, Dj Deep and Psyk among others, Propaganda Moscow launches an electro offshoot entitled ‘Code’.

With all forthcoming 12”s as split EPs (2 artists and 2 tracks for each side), the Russian-based crew hail DJ Overdose & Hadamard for ‘Code One’.

Overdose’s ‘Tough Shit’, opens things with a pacy, machine-based groove and silky square-wave riffs to warm you in. A2: ‘Kill Dr. 5’, is lethal yet haunting with razor-sharp snares that slice through the tweeters.

Flip for B1, Hadamard’s ‘The Catalyst’, which boasts pitched rap-vocals, gangster strings and a warm, pokey lower-body suited to shake any sound-system. Rounding off the record is ‘The Will To Power’, which keeps the party going, epitomising the classic electro sound-design.

This marks a world-class landmark for a label affiliated with a club that has already been running for well over 20 years.

ESS - Sometimes we need to revisit the past to discover the future. That’s why we are so happy to present the incredible Electronic Speech Systems 'Capsule Collection’ (by Dublin's electro modular warrior DeFeKT). A selection of his finest works from his three only releases in 2011 on 'New Flesh', 'Takeover Recordings' & 'AC Records’ have been remastered to form an electro tour de force.

We pull the trigger with his deadliest of weapons 'Trigger My Sequencer'. A full throttled four-to-the-floor doppler dance werk out. The expelling of his drexciyan demons continues with the polar cap melting 'Thermo Drive’, a deep dive into aquatic funk & electro dub waves.

On the flip, slicing chord stabs and pulsing signals launch us back into the milky way with 'Halley's Comet’. The fusion of Kraftwerk inspired grooves & pulsing alpha juno synth lines pair perfectly to make it a certified electro cult classic. Lastly JX10 brings it home with a beautiful arrangement and showcase of perfectly executed electronic architecture, leaving us speechless.
