Mladys Garin es la simbiosis de dos artistas H3 (CH) y Alvaro con base en lquigue que están ligados a la escena electrónica underground local hace dos décadas. Se definen como promotores incanzables del sonido techno, respetuosos de su génesis y evolución natural, imponiendo esta cultura mediante diversos medios y canales que van desde programas radiales online y, frecuencia modulada, producción de eventos y cómo no, en su faceta de djs y productores musicales posicionándolos como los principales referentes en la zona norte de Chile y reconocidos entre sus pares del pais por su trabajo realizado con Arido Records, etiqueta de su autoria. Sonidos scifi, ritmos hypnóticos y atmóferas cerebrales representan su escencia musical, elementos presentes en sus sets, sesiones donde buscan generar la conexión de los oyentes con el cosmos mediante una madura selección de tracks, composición sonora elegante y una obsesiva búsqueda en la limpieza de la mezcla. En esta faceta han compartido escenario Con artistas internacionales de la talla de Developer, Claudio PRC y los más destacados djs nacionales del género. Como productores musicales han realizado una meteorica carrera, editando para el propio Arido Records, el sello Español Dark Forest, Corpus Black de Grecia, Analogue Network de Ukrania, y las etiquetas Colombianas Dafault Series, Isometrik y Binaural, rabajos que les han permitidos comparir con artistas de la talla de Bernardo Hangar, Pyramidal Decode, Vegim, Joaquin Ruiz, Mal hombre, Michel Lauriola, Casual Treatment, y una gran cantidad de artistas emergentes del cono Sur Americano. Producciones que no han pasado desapercibidas en la industra y que les ha valido ser destacados en revistas internacionales como DJ Mag, Mix Mag, Vanity Dus, Club Fiuries entre otras.

FVKS is a techno DJ/Producer from Mannheim, Germany, carving his path in the underground scene with a sound that blends raw intensity and hypnotic energy. His work has gained recognition from key figures in the techno community, reinforcing his presence as an emerging force in the genre.

2024 marked a breakthrough year for FVKS, with the release of his debut EP on OECUS, which garnered significant recognition and cemented his status as a promising producer. The EP’s powerful, driving sound resonated widely, earning support from established names in the scene. A major milestone was his debut at the legendary Tresor Berlin, a defining moment that showcased his deep, driving sound in one of techno’s most iconic space.

With his music resonating in some of the most revered clubs in the scene, FVKS is steadily cementing his name among the new wave of artists pushing the boundaries of modern techno.

VARIA is pleased to present the next episode in its podcast series featuring Metapattern, an artist dedicated to weaving "patterns of patterns" from the rich tapestry of techno.

Their music draws inspiration from the genre's deep Detroit roots, seamlessly blending them with the diverse sub-genres that have emerged over the years.

Metapattern is also an Ableton certified professor, author of two books, "Secrets Of Techno," and a professional educator for nearly two decades.

We're also thrilled to share  that Metapattern has just released their second album, "Lost Tapes," on the MORD label.

Mark Williams is a veteran that has paid his dues over more than two decades on the scene as a DJ and producer. Since the 80s, when he started his career at UK hot spots like the Ministry of Sound and Final Frontier, he has been laying the groundwork for his future success. 
His production work has also gained him acclaim the world over and he has released a staggering catalogue of quality tracks on some of the most respected techno labels in the world including: Tortured, Dark House, Pure Plastic, Phont, Primate, Subject Detroit, Beardman, ANAØH and Carl Cox’s Ultimate Trax imprint, to name a few. In addition to releasing on other labels, Mark also has his own imprints: Artificial Vinyl, Real Sessions, Macumba and Real Vinyl. Mark has also gained worldwide recognition with his skilful and distinctive DJing style. 
Mixing tribal, tech house and techno on three decks and CDJs, his rocking performances have helped him to develop a strong fan base and facilitated gigs in places like Berlin, Spain, Turkey, Slovenia, Japan, Brazil, Colombia, Macedonia, Sweden and more.

@manuabeca is an Argentinian-born, Berlin-based artist. His sets explore the space between hypnotic techno, deep melodic rhythms, and emotional intensity.

This particular mix was recorded live in Japan, during a reflective trip through Asia. It includes manu's unreleased material produced along the way and captures a moment of emotional clarity. manu abeca’s sound reflects both his sensibility as a producer and his instinct as a selector. The set is shaped by the solitude and movement of the journey.

manu recently released his first vinyl EP Eudaimonia on RAUM Records, which has already been supported by key artists in the scene including MARRØN, Claudio PRC, and Rene Wise, and he is currently working on several upcoming releases.
