Rob O'Connor from Irish Beats had an extended chat with Louize Carroll a psychologist with Minding Creative Minds. MCM is a new mental health initiative aimed at members of the Irish music industry which can offer short-term intervention and advice covering practical day-to-day issues that cause anxiety or stress. 

As well an occupational psychologist, Louize is also the bass player with The Blizzards and Irish Women In Harmony and the conversation also took in her own musical obsessions.
