Inspired by the ASMR phenomenon and it’s often inescapable sexual undertone, ByLwansta introduces “ASMR” - a sensual and sexually charged R&B influenced hip hop song.

“I took the often-uncomfortable intimacy of ASMR and turned it into an opportunity to express my sensual side, verbalizing my inner thoughts.”

The song features up-and-coming singer-songwriter Alisha Rosa, alternative R&B crooner Some.Unique.Individual & genre-bending, melodic lyricist, Rāms.

Its R&B-influenced composition & production set a sensual mood, lead by a pulsing synth bass, layered over an 808 and a soft synth pad. ASMR will appear on the final installment of ByLwansta’s SPIJØNGET Series, in Chapter Three.

SPIJ NGET (Chapter Three) is an EP by South African rapper and producer ByLwansta. 

Concluding the EP trilogy he began in 2019 with the release of SPIJ NGET (Chapter One), Chapter Three introduces ByLwansta at his most mature, using his eloquent storytelling ability to take listeners on a journey with a now more accomplished young man who has finally found balance both in his life. 

ByLwansta muses on this new found balance in his life and career as an artist-entrepreneur as well as the end of the relationship that inspired Chapter One, bringing many of the topics explored in both the previous Chapters to a close. 

While the project is without a doubt a great conclusion to ByLwansta’s coming-of-age, love story, it begins a brand new Chapter for the rapper going into the new year.
