Meher Paralikar is a young talented singer, disciple of the famous Ajoy Chakrabarty, i recorded him in Puna, on a downtempo indian dub track, then i recorded my sitar & bansuri. The second part i record my fast tabla play on breakbeat with amazing flow of Meher vocal in khayal style, based on bhairavi raag. a true fusion of western electronic beats and classical indian music.

We created some Binaural Beats with Ableton and worked with differents Pads and Atmos from Forests and Birds Noises. A Shaman Drum helped us to put a nice Beat which we underlined with Cale's beautiful Santur.

So we added quiet a lot of meditative and Overtone Voices by all of the tribe musician that where around at that time. Paving the path through the aftermaths of untreated karmic connections, instantly materializing with an enviable constancy, they get rid of excess ego baggage, which with great resistance, almost like gravity, clings to crumbling patterns of illusory self-identification and ''reading'' the world...Gradually, steadily going through the various stages of purification, performing lustrations and austerities, structuring themselves, remain only those who are truly determined to go to the end and they end up in the temple...

Kashmir - is one of the most beautiful and mysterious places on Earth...Natural beauty, attuning to a poetic and creative mood, manifested itself in its most magnificent forms...The high mountains provided all local residents with reliable protection from enemy invasions and a convenient irrigation system created all the necessary conditions for life, freeing them from excessive daily worries...
And it is precisely in such, close to ideal conditions, over the centuries, that the great thinkers and sages of India described their experiences of the truth that were revealed to them in practices...

In one of the many hidden caves on Mount Mahadeva, lived a great, blessed guru named Vasugupta...Marked by the grace of Shakti and with blessings to complete devotion to his beliefs and contemplative practices, pure in heart, he honored Shiva and the sacred succession of numerous yoginis and siddhas...
With sadness in his heart, he observed as different tribes raided the region like demons of the mind, constantly pulling out of the measured rhythm of life, comparable to meditation...

Every night, going to bed, he formed the same question:

“Oh, Great Maheshwara! The secret tradition should not be lost for the human world under the onslaught of the adherents of those who want to destroy any mention of the ways that are guided to self-realization and instilling a purely materialistic perception of reality... Tell me how to convey to them the knowledge of the wise? "

And so, spontaneously, by the grace of the Highest, the desired revelation was revealed to him:

- “There is a huge stone on the Eastern slope - you walk by to do your morning and evening ablutions in the river...Look closely, the sign of Trishul is inscribed on it...Throw away all doubts and raise it...On the other side, you will find engraved secret teaching...Go and show mercy to the worthy "

Waking up, he went straight to this stone...The sign of Trishul shone with a bright flame in its very core...Based on sensory experience, visually, it seemed impossible to lift such a lump...But, Vasugupta remembered the instructions of Shiva ... Closing his eyes, he pushed that there are forces this stone and that, as if weightless, moved aside and laid bare the sacred texts - Shiva Sutras...Realizing it, he revealed this knowledge to all Kashmir, bringing peace...

Its been a while since the last mix. I have tried to make it several times since migrating overseas. Many genres wanted to be explored, and experimented with before I have settled on this piece. Alas something special was born to start the new year with. At the time of this recording, Im here in British Columbia and the winter stillness has beckoned me to enter this music space once again. The music here reflects my experience over the last few months, certain songs have impacted me in moments, and I wished to compile them all here for a 2 hour journey, replicating a recent journey we had with Huachuma the cactus here in the Rocky mountains, This experience ive tried to mirror here in this mix.

Suitable for creating art too or having as low level background music, or even in collaboration with some plant medicine one evening. Embrace the sacred with your presence whatever you do. And allow the music to take you to where you need to go.

I have always been passionate about exploring the therapeutic potential of sound frequencies, whether through the use of instruments or the human voice. My interest in this field dates back to my younger years, when I became fascinated by spiritual practices and mindfulness. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning about trauma science, polyvagal theory, and neuroscience, and I am currently studying music production at the Open University in the UK. Through my studies and personal interests, I have become a sound healer and energy healer, with a strong desire to use my skills and knowledge to bring balance and healing to others.
