Renowned producer and DJ Ranjit Nijjer brings his two decades of experience in the underground techno scene to the forefront with his latest contribution to the Machine Mix series, Featuring a selection of deep, hypnotic jacking grooves intertwined with his special brand of funk, Nijjer's mix promises to captivate listeners with his distinctive sound.

Having been an integral part of Melbourne's techno landscape for nearly twenty years, Nijjer has left an indelible mark on the city's underground music scene. From his role as the mastermind behind the iconic club night Technoir to his regular appearances at revered techno institutions such as Machine and Melbourne Techno Collective, Nijjer's influence resonates throughout the city.

In recent years, Nijjer has solidified his position as a prolific producer, delivering seven EPs on Machine. His relentless dedication to crafting intricate soundscapes and hypnotic rhythms has garnered him widespread acclaim, both locally and internationally.

Hypnobombia is a Helsinki based, techno-centric ensemble formed by Valo Elios   and Jaakko Huotari, whose focus is on love for techno music. Since their founding in 2016, the duo has channeled their 20+ years of techno experience into crafting a unique sound that marries the intensity of night-time techno with lighter, more ethereal elements. Their music is known for its rich layers of darkness, humidity, and relentless groove.

Their tracks are distinguished by small, crunchy details that create a sense of suspense, evoking the sensation of thin ice cracking during a storm. They build subliminal, almost scientific atmospheres with a perfectly swinging groove, while their rolling drums—lift the beat as if it were airborne. Hypnobombia’s approach reflects a commitment to modern, subliminally charged deep techno, blending timeless elements with a fresh, trend-resistant production style.

Öona Dahl is an amazing DJ, a supremely talented producer, a wonderful person, and our dear friend. Over the last couple of years, she has taken the world of dance music by storm. Not only by becoming a staple of Lee Burridge's All Day I Dream brand, but in her own right as well. Recently she's put out music on Watergate Records and Anjuna Deep in addition to touring all over Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world.

Öona proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the music scene rewards talented artists who work hard. We are so thrilled to have a recording of her set from her most recent Clinic date in April. This was our first sold-out night at our new home of The Sayer's Club, and we hope you enjoy the set almost as much as we did.

I’m happy to release my recording from Sandbox Festival in Hurghada Egypt. I always love playing the Middle East. The sights, sounds, tastes, and smells are very different than my home, all of which represent one of my favorite aspects of DJing: getting enjoy the world’s diversity. Beyond that, I’ve found that the people of the region are an incredibly friendly and passionate bunch, so playing a festival that attracts the heads from many across the region was special for me.

The Sandbox mainstage was a big one - these stages are sometimes tricky for me as I feel pressured to go for the jugular and bang out a medley of big drops for those hands in the air moments, but I resisted the pressure and went instead for undulation between the deep moments building to the big ones while maintaining a steady groove through. Hope that idea came through, hope you enjoy the set, and can’t wait to make my way back to the Middle East!

Los Angeles-based artist Eric Sharp links up once again with longtime collaborator Zhao on the Swedish imprint House Music With Love for an emotional single titled 'Monday Blues' and now the remix package includes three new mint versions by Pandhora, Urmet K and SOAME. 


Pandhora creates very smooth track with a percussion-play that is right on point making it blend perfectly together with the bassline and the wobbly synthesizers. The vocals and the samples are cleverly used and well placed, and the live guitar riffs give it that little extra touch. This track is spacious, yet warm and intimate.

John Cosani, electronic music DJ and producer, was born in 1988 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From an early age, his interest in music became evident, getting even stronger with time.

At the age of 12 he began his musical studies with piano lessons and later on, when he discovered house music, he fell in love with its eclectic and enveloping sound. At 16 years old, he began playing in small parties, setting a start point for his passion and his imminent career as a DJ.

His sound has been influenced by great artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Sasha, Danny Howells and many other scene exponents, also obtaining in his role as a producer, the support of many of them.

Among the labels on which his music was published, we find Sudbeat (Argentina), Movement Recording (Greece), Asymmetric (Tel Aviv), Baroque Records (UK) and Sound Avenue (Belgium), among others.

He managed to take his music to some of the main scenes of electronic music in the world, performing in countries such as Germany, Holland, Greece, Romania, Spain and Thailand. Having shared booth nationally and internationally with great artists such as Deep Mariano, Martin Garcia, Marcelo Vasami, Pole Folder, Mariano Mellino, Graziano Raffa, Silicone Soul, Darin Epsilon, Lonya and Facu Mohrr.

John Cosani’s radio show, CUBIK, is broadcast on Proton Radio on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10.00 AM EST.
