Fukuoka (Japan) born and bred, Emily was first influenced by the likes of Aphex Twin, Amon Tobin, Tangerine Dream and alike and started out as a selector playing chilled out sets full of abstract musical wonders. Initially inspired by a particular avant garde type party due to it’s chaotic clash of sound and visuals she became attracted to the freedom and infinite nature of this style of expression.

By 2012 Emily was running her own regular party at local micro-rave space ‘Water Lounge’ and her set style had completed a gradual shift towards a more techno leaning sounds due to her training ground being rooted in the underground techno scene of the city and surrounds. Not long after, she reached the point of being invited to play alongside guests from Japan as well as international visitors.

Her resident party ‘Venerdi’ continues to roll, now at local underground venue Transform since 2015 and as of 2019 Emily can also be found bringing her distinct take on the techno sound at the ‘Undulate’ parties at ‘sound space α.’

Her continuous pursuit of sonic effects on the mind, dealt both with delicacy and boldness make Emily not only a distinctive character behind the decks but also ensures those on the dance floor are fascinated in both their bodies and their souls.

후쿠오카에서 태어나고 자란 Emily 는 처음에는 Aphex Twin, Amon Tobin, Tangerine Dream 등의 영향을 받아 추상적 음악의 경이로움이 가득한 셋을 플레이하는 셀렉터로 시작했다. 소리와 비주얼의 혼란스러운 충돌로 인해 특정한 아방가르드적인 파티에서 영감을 받은 그녀는, 이러한 표현과 자유로움의 무한한 본성에 끌리게 되었다.

2012년까지 Emily 는 지역의 작은  레이브 공간인 'Water Lounge' 에서 정기적인 파티를 열고 있었고, 그녀의 셋 스타일은 도시의 언더그라운드 테크노 씬에 뿌리를 내리며, 주변을 둘러싸고 있는 그녀의 실전적 장으로 말미암아, 그녀는 테크노로 서서히 전향했다. 얼마 지나지 않아 그녀는 국제적 게스트 뿐만 아니라 일본에서 온 게스트들과도 함께 플레이하게 되었다.

그녀가 호스트하는 파티 'Venerdi' 는 2015년부터 지역의 언더그라운드 베뉴 ‘Transformation' 에서 계속해서 운영되고 있으며, 2019년 현재 그녀는 'Sound Space α' 에서 열린 'Undulate' 파티에서 테크노 사운드를 전유하고 있다.

섬세함과 대담함을 동시에 다루는 지속적인 정신성에 대한 추구는 그녀를 덱 뒤의 유일무이한 캐릭터로 만들 뿐만 아니라 댄스 플로어에 있는 사람들이 그들의 신체와 정신 모두에 매료되게 한다.

NOB first encountered club music in the late 90's, when a DJ bar was opened downstairs his home in Yokohama. The place, Sound Community DUB, quickly became renowned for its high sound quality, and this marked the starting point of NOB's DJ career. In 2005, NOB and the crew DJs / Artists founded their own original sound system, the KAMOME SOUND SYSTEM. Since then KAMOME has pursued to deliver irresistible sound experience, and worked relentlessly to refine each one of the crew DJs' skills. Nob is playing across genres from Deep Techno, House, to some kinds of music. Aside from DJing at clubs, NOB had played regularly in public spaces as a certified artist of the city of Yokohama with the sound system. NOB has played word wide from 2008. 
He moved in Berlin in 2015 for doing musical activities, DJ and producing original tracks as well as editing rare tracks.

NOB 은 90년대 말, 그의 고향 요코하마의 지하에서 오픈했던 DJ 바에서 처음으로 클럽 음악에 발을 들였다. 그 장소, Sound Community DUB 은 높은 퀄리티의 사운드로 빠르게 유명세를 탔고, 이러한 점은 NOB 의 DJ 커리어에 족적을 남겼다. 2005년, NOB 과 그의 크루 DJ / 아티스트들은 그들의 고유한 사운드 시스템인 KAMOME SOUND SYSTEM 을 창립했다. 이후 KAMOME 는 거부할 수 없는 사운드의 경험을 전달하기 위해 노력했으며, 각 크루 DJ 들의 실력을 다듬기 위해 끊임없이 노력했다. One of the prior motives, why we created Vehemence, was to build a comprehensive platform that would host the expression and hard work of DJs, producers, and artists in general. We encourage you to feel free in your approach to us because this is the only way we can all grow together and focus the spotlight on talents that are worth following.
	
Today, we salute with great enthusiasm the initiative for collaboration by @prception. As part of the Demure Circle collective, this French-born, San Francisco-based artist has been organizing a variety of events in San Francisco and the area since 2018. “Our narratives are told through the music we play and stories we paint” - their manifesto is quite loud and clear: removing the dividing line imposed by our ego and reconnecting our core bonds by music, dancing, and mutual understanding.
 
Prception offers our listeners a 75-minute long “basement mix” - an affirmation of the incentive behind his creative force while exploring our reaction to obscure, dub, and ambient techno beyond the perceptual bias.

Ninitia (Denver | USA)

Nina (DJ alias иιиιт'α), who is self-taught, came of age in the male-dominated early 90's rave scene, has been heavily influenced by the deeper sounds of techno, poly-rhythmic electronic music and most things unconventional. Nina, who views the art of mixing as a spiritual practice that seeks to "balance relationship to mind and body, "prefers private parties to clubs/bars where the dancing is louder than the conversation. She seeks to "reinvent the club scene to promote listening and dancing through connection and somatic awareness rather than an unconscious escape."  Her sets lean in the direction of hypnotic, layered with long transitions, telling the story of the moment, often with a dark and moody undertone that reveals splashes of light and space to feel. A life-long dancer, Nina views music as a portal into a web that connects her to everything.
