MUSIC AS A FORM OF RETALIATION AGAINST INDUSTRIAL STAGNANCE

Strange as it may seem, music is created for other reasons than making a living. For many of us it is a way of staying interested in a life that is fraught with disappointment and otherwise encumbered with obstructions to contentment. Some have asked me why I don't create music that is more accessible, with potential for popular appeal. I'll consider that whenever it seems there is a shortage of such. For now, I focus on other sorts of potentials. Not much point in spending valuable time attempting popularity through imitation, and trying to do that better than others.

Machinesaw is a two-piece industrial noise band originating from Skopje, Macedonia. 




God Pollutes is an ambient/post-rock project from Skopje, Macedonia. 


Two EPs have been released so far. The "Flood EP" was released in 2008 and featured three tracks of textured guitar drones. The second EP entitled "Blinding lights as you leave her" marked a shift in the sound towards a more melodic post-rock and ambient.
