MACRIMA - Ein Leben lang bei mir

This is a live original recording of a special track, that I wrote few years ago.
Everybody knows the time, when life seems so difficult and you don't know the way out of all problems, don't know what to do...but you still believe that there will be a way, there will be help... so don't give up!

I recorded it with an USB-microphone last year for my ninth grade of special-needs school, so the audio quality is not the same as in my home studio. ;) The pupils loved the song, what encouraged me to post it here.

Lisa Linsky is a contemporary solo pianist and composer as well as a voting member of The Recording Academy. 

Her original heart-felt solo piano compositions are a form of “musical storytelling.” Lisa’s music is a regular favorite on iTunes, Pandora, YouTube and most music platforms. Lisa performs internationally, both publicly and privately. 

Lisa’s journey began with her birth at Queen of Angels hospital in The City of Angels.

There is a perfect 5th in there at 0:49 and 1:24. It worked without it but I couldn't help it. Locrian is so bleak. I had no idea how to make something sound good with locrian so I listened to Mick Gordon for inspiration.

This new release, a collaboration between Logic Moon, and the Swedish cellist and composer Henrik Meierkord, explores modern neoclassical ambient music through three distinct versions of the track "Bosch."
