History:

"Mad Blunt" was originally launched in the late 90's  to allow the crew to combine the sounds, art  and energy created under one identity. Based in the South West of England we have been involved for over 25 years in dj'ing, promoting, indoor and outdoor events, graphics and music production.

The crew has had many people involved through the years, including DJ Angel, Flex One, Badeshi, Meta, Lifesize MC, Fuzz2k, Callide, Dub-Lo, Flux, System Addict, MJ AJ.

We were a featured act on one of the first true underground Internet radio stations ran by Ninja Tune, as part of a weekly 5 hour broadcast by "Deep Rinse" on the legendary "Pirate TV" network, first in live streaming audio visual content from various scheduled locations around the globe.

Our music has been played and supported by various Club and Radio DJ's, and used in Film, Television and Advertising.

djing in the bassline scene from 2005 to 2014, alongside the likes of Jamie Duggan,Danny Bond, Shaun “Banger Scott, Tom Zanetti, Siobhan, Katie May and Dj Luck & Mc Neat to name a few, plus many more bassline legends.
Djing mainly around Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds.
Having been a resident at the tube Halifax (LoveBass) and the Bolierhouse Bradford (bline)
And also running his own events in and around this cities and town. 

After a lengthy break away from the music scene to focus more on family life, the time has come again but with a more open mind to what I want to perform.

Born in the Midwest DJ Sub-Liminal, also known producer Dark Mechanism, always had a passion for creating music.  He started out playing metal on the guitar and growing up in the rave scene of Kansas City, he quickly found love for drum an bass.  Early 2000, he bought his first pair of decks and started practicing almost everyday. He played and also threw a few shows around there until 2006, when he moved to Sacramento, CA where he resides today.  He helped found a local crew there called Rogue Alliance and began playing many shows and rocking the crowd with his blend of multiple styles of Drum an Bass.   He plays anything from Dark, Neuro, Ragga, Liquid, jump up you name it.   He has shared the bill with dj's like Reid Speed, Vaski, Dj Dan, Gridlock, SPL, Icey, and Forest Green just to name a few.  He has been producing now for the past 3 years pretty heavily.  He is on 3 labels Nuphonic Rythms, Plush Recordings, and Atomic Audio. Recently he is part of a local Sacramento crew called Runtime Dnb.  He also just recently released an exclusive mix on DJ Odi’s Digital Konfusion Mixshow in Austria.
