Is the source of inspiration for the right choices or the new rules while, at the same time, gives the ability to control the rules of a policy by setting the morality that must condition them. Orama is driving the legislator and move him into the right direction to set and fill out the rules in a way that they’re not deviate from the morality and the values of it. The lack of Orama to somebody makes him walking or driving anybody else based on a vague logic or emotion even if he/she is based on acceptable rules that cannot exclude the wrong choices.
