I am 25 yrs sober and art is very definitely my panacea and zen trick in terms of maintaining wellbeing and also an adjunct to medication as a means of managing life-long severe bipolar and other intersecting illnesses.

 Sonically I dabble in a largely lo-fi way, sometimes using apps in a cohesive or avant-garde or springboard way {#Bandlab & #MusicJammer} .. 
  It is important to be modern and clear  .. apps (musically) are part of the process for me in the same way as other components have been in the history of music: synths or pedals etc. 

Humans need to do the songs and emotion as a rule or THE PLANET OF SOUND - wonderfully and accurately coined by THE PIXIES - will die.

I also curate playlists, support people with quality reviews on a free basis and am interested in collabs and possibly expanding this project or forming something secondary.
