Matt D. Lewis, known by his artist name Malphorix, is a UK-based electronic music producer with over 30 years of experience shaping sound in the underground scene. His journey began on the Amiga 500 using OctaMED, later evolving through classic tracker software like FastTracker II and Renoise—tools that helped define his experimental, beat-driven approach.

In the early 2000s, he gained traction as part of the industrial duo Mainstream Distortion, landing a record deal with the legendary Some Bizarre Records. After taking time out to focus on family and career, Malphorix returns with a bold new direction: "Unapologetically Electronic"—a personal manifesto as much as a style.

His debut solo album, "New World", is a sprawling 16-track odyssey that fuses decades of unreleased material into a futuristic, cinematic experience. Mixing cyber rhythms, amen breaks, atmospheric textures, and genre-bending synth work, Malphorix delivers a sound that's at once nostalgic and cutting-edge.
