Mostly original tracks, a few covers here and there. Thank you for even getting this far. Thoughts, opinions, suggestions all welcome. It's pretty lonely out here toiling over every sound wave and grubby plugin. One day I hope to get some collaborations going and a far off dream is to re awaken all these tracks in a live environment with a live band and maybe even a live audience. For now the dream keeps me going. Thanks for listening.

I'm trying to use as much real instrumentation as possible: a Taylor and a Norman acoustic guitars, a Fender Strat Roadhouse that goes out of tune if I even look at it, a cheap Vintage mandolin that hurts to play and listen to, an 80 year old zither banjo that screams 'I was never destined for this' and a borrowed Aria Pro II bass that a friend can can never be bothered to take home on the bus. Synths are a plasticky Roland FA06 and a fun but dumb Korg minilogue. Throw in some Native Instruments software primarily for smoochy piano and strings, a £15 melodica full of tramp spit, some harps in impossible tunings, and a box of percussion and assorted prehistoric flints (are you really still reading this??). 

All recorded on Logic Pro X on an ancient iMac that is going to explode any minute and take my entire oeuvre with it. And most likely burn the house down.

I try to not grill ALL of these ingredients
ALL of the time... but it’s hard.

Camille Bordelon Alba
has been singing since she was a teen, writing music since she was 18 and strumming acoustic guitar for about 5 years. Her home town is Alexandria, Louisiana although she has been in Texas since 2012. In the 90s she could be heard singing at the Hotel Bentley in the Mirror Room with the Harmon Drew Group. With Rusty Allen and Mary Honeycutt during the week also in the Mirror room. She spent sometime on the road singing top 40 with The Cartoons. She also sang with Second Street and Primetime. After relocating to New Orleans in 1999. Camille began performing her original music at the Neutral Ground Cafe with her original band Category 5. Ironically it was Hurricane Katrina that caused her to move. She now resides in Plano Texas and continues to write music. 
Most of these recordings were recorded on a cell phone with the exception of Down to the River Blues ( with full band) and Sugardaddies and PoorBoys, cowritten by myself and Richard Goldstein and performed by Fais Do Do for the Loup Garou,
 which was recorded professionally.   The last five were recorded in my living room. . ( Long Shot, Damn Small Town, Best I Ever Had, Honey Child and Sinkin' In) Camille  seeks professional artists to record her songs   and/or accompaniment for her own vocals.

The tearing ! 
A few days ago, at the UN, countries signed their refusal to advocate Nazism. A beautiful and honorable institution, the UN, but it does not condemn those who have not signed and who can advocate Nazism, around 51 countries, including France which inspires disgust and contempt in me (the leaders ) Without forgetting the United States and its allies as well as Ukraine, which through its history, proves Nazi crimes by the thousands, this is factual. This is all horrible and requires serious questioning. For Russia to denounce Nazism, as all countries on the planet should do, would be truly beneficial for humanity.

La Déchirure !
Il y a quelques jours, à l'ONU avait lieu la signature des pays pour le refus de faire l'apologie du Nazisme. Une belle et honorable institution l'ONU, mais elle ne condamne pas ceux qui n'ont pas signé et qui peuvent faire l'apologie du Nazisme, environ 51 pays, dont la France qui m'inspire le dégoût et le mépris (les dirigeants) Sans oublier les Etats-Unis et ses alliés ainsi que l'Ukraine, qui par son Histoire, prouve des crimes nazis par milliers, cela est factuel. Tout ceci est horrible est nécessite une sérieuse remise en question. Que la Russie dénonce le Nazisme, comme tous les pays de la planète devraient le faire, ce serait vraiment salutaire pour l'humanité.
