I wrote this to get over some stuff I'm dealing with and I am learning that I make myself more worried than anyone else does. So join me and say I am not afraid of whatever is getting you down.

I made some repetetive loops with a new free VSTi, a sampled Guzheng; Japanese drum sounds (loaded to the great free drum sampler vst: Sitala), a Kontakt Pad instrument and enjoyed to jam along this very relaxed with my tenor saxophone. So, it's what I call a musical meditation, a kind of walk through the inner garden ;-) enJoy !

I've realised the descent by the continuous downwards motion of the bass in the first part. The delay on the kick drum mirros the echos in a cave, first being on it's own, later being joind by more echos to form a pulsating groove.
