We’re proud to welcome back long-time Déepalma friends and Polish production masters Karol XVII & MB Valence with their exceptional new remix of ‘Ofana Nawe’ by Australian DJ/producer Green George and South African vocalist Tabia. Out on October 31, 2025, the duo bring their signature depth and warmth to this already soulful original, reimagining it into a lush organic house journey that captivates from the first beat.

The duo's remix unfolds with a warm, rolling bass groove, complemented by intricate synth layers and a fluid rhythm driven by shuffling shakers, tambourines, and hats. It’s a perfect balance of groove and atmosphere—an elegant production that highlights both Tabia’s expressive vocal delivery and Karol XVII & MB Valence’s timeless touch in crafting immersive soundscapes.

Also included in the release is an exclusive Karol XVII & MB Valence Acoustical Version—a truly cinematic, not to say epic reinterpretation that elevates the emotional depth of Ofana Nawe into something entirely transcendent.

Our friendship with Karol XVII & MB Valence spans well over a decade, marked by a shared dedication to authentic electronic music. Over that time, they’ve delivered several standout remixes for the label, released their acclaimed collaboration with Lazarusman ‘Whispers’—remixed by the great Gorge—and most recently topped the charts with their inspired rework of Yves Murasca & Rosario Galati’s ‘Close Your Eyes’.

With their remix of Green George and Tabia's ‘Ofana Nawe’, Karol XVII & MB Valence once again showcase their deep musical sensibility and reinforce the creative bond that’s been part of the Déepalma story for over a decade.

@Yadavasoflute, the self-described instrument fumbler and radio mumbler hosts a monthly radio show ‘Expansions’ on NTS Manchester alongside fellow Manchester producer and studio collaborators @Contoursmusic. 

As co-founder of long-standing Mancunian club night So Flute, a community focussed party with an open music policy, Yadava draws upon soulful grooves and rhythms with a particular inflection towards jazz-influenced and percussive sounds. 

Contours is the project of musician, producer and DJ Tom Burford. Growing up playing drums and percussion, Contours’ productions draw heavily upon this, incorporating sounds and rhythms from Africa and Latin America coupled with those more often heard spilling out of dark sweaty basement clubs. 

These two forces combined led to a mix that explores the spaces, rhythms and textures that sit between house, jazz, afro, latin and broken-beat.
