Dirty Epic welcomes aboard its resident @thefifthstigma for its twelfth episode of Amplify Series.

American born, now living in Paris, France, The Fifth Stigma is an esoteric musical project.

Tired with the direction of contemporary techno, The Fifth Stigma aims to craft a slow, heavy, and raw metallic techno, influenced by history, emotions and obscure world music, driven by a blend of several genres in times where everything seems to go faster and look alike.

Production wise, he refuses to conform to one genre, always exploring new sounds from different horizons, from liturgical to techno, from noise to punk electronics like body music, transporting you in landscapes of desolation and agony with EPs released on cassettes and CDs.

His works received support from many influent artists all over the world and is played by renowed artists such as Rommek, Tommy Four Seven and French duo Imperial Black Unit.

Düsseldorf born DJ and producer tangram is exploring the darker territories of electronic music for over 10 years now. Being a resident at Golzheim Düsseldorf and getting involved in west germanys underground scene, it went more serious for him. He played on many festivals and shared the stages together with names like Jeff Mills, Zadig, Marcel Dettmann and more always following his perception of immersive and hypnotic soundtrips. In 2017 he started his own vinyl record label "Purify Records" where he released two EP's followed by his first album on “Semantica Records” one of spains biggest deep techno imprints.

Her sound traverses many influences while delivering a fresh sound that fuses techno, trance and all genres with a prefix ,‚hard’’ seeking groove in her eclectic selection.

KAWAZAKI is a Berlin-based dj, born and raised in Leipzig where she got inspired early on by the city’s vibrant electronic music scene. Since she moved to Berlin, her love for music and its scene has predictably deepened. As a law student, she’s found her outlet and passion in DJ’ing, while progressively developing her own sound. More recently, she started her own podcast series KAWAZACAST. Her style mainly focuses on driving, groovy techno, and building up her sets with breakbeat, electro and house.

A week ago I had the pleasure of appearing on Polish radio station @czworka_polskieradio It is one of the great dreams for me as a kid to be able to perform right here. Emotions and stress accompanied me all day. Unfortunately, these feelings were getting stronger and stronger before the set. I was almost late, due to car accidents on the road. I made it! I had a few minutes to unpack and be ready.
All the material was recorded and unfortunately you can feel my nervousness. Nevertheless, I am happy.

I have nothing to be ashamed of. Mistakes happen sometimes and this is a great learning time for me. I will remember this day forever. Thank you for your great support.

Experimental, bold, noisy and textured. Here’s in four words the sound of our today’s guest, Blush Response.

Born in Miami but moved to Berlin, Blush Response reveals that his aka comes from the futuristic Blade Runner movie.

His path as producer is filled by significant releases, many of them in forward thinking labels as Aufname Wiedergabe, Sonic Groove or Ant-Zen, and recently he also launched his own imprint called Megastructure.
