I love this practice and felt that the effect could be improved using healing frequencies and brainwave-entrainment.

So here is my version with the focus on 639 Hz for the Heart Chakra.
In addition I also included the Root Chakra frequency of 396 Hz for the grounding and rooting of the affirmations and also to calm down the nervous system and get the body into a deep relaxed state.

I also included 528 Hz that resonates and activates our DNA and also is connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra our energetic centre that regulates our sense of self worth.

In addition to the Solfeggio Frequencies I added brain-wave entrainment binaural beats and isochronic tones (works also if you listen on speakers) synchronizing our brain wave pattern into the theta state, a state of deep relaxation that allows us access to our subconscious programming and patterning and we can therefore easier re-program and re-write negative patterns and beliefs.

I highly recommend you to do this practice daily first thing in the morning, it helps me a lot to align myself with a positive vibration that carries me through the day with more ease and grace.

Dedicated to Norberto Jurasek, my best friend and wisest teacher, who 3 years ago left this world. I am so grateful for having known him and for the love and wisdom he has shown me. Norberto, From my 1st workshop with him in October 2015: "We all have our work to do. And here together in these workshops we have a great opportunity to do a lot of work with the help of our medicine. But there is a parallel growth. Beyond fixing this and that in your life, we grow by experiencing the love, the thing beyond death. You cannot hold onto it. It must be experienced again and again. But by getting that experience again and again, you build the trust : that love is IT, and always will be. And maybe that is this lesson which is the deepest of all". ALWAYS dear Norberto. Mere days before the release of The Seed of Life, the sad news reached the world that the great artist, beautiful soul, and loving person, Daniel Zuur had passed away. He left our dimension to become one with the universe. This release is produced as his alter ego KRAUT and is released on Alae Records.

This album creates an incredibly safe and therapeutic space for listening and deepening the soul. It’s an essential part of his lifework and was the last piece of work he managed to fully complete on this earth.

The Seed of Life is a universal symbol of Creation. The name of this pattern instantly offers insight into its deeper meaning and purpose. Found at the heart of an ancient pattern called the Flower of Life, there is an entire cosmology of consciousness encoded into this singular geometric seed.
The Seed of Life is formed by six circles spaced within one. In fact, six circles ALWAYS fit exactly within the 7th circle of the same size. 

For the title track KRAUT took a 360 degree-circle as a basis - KRAUT replaced the degrees by Hertz, so he could draw the circle using frequencies. To get there he had to detune the standard tuning of A=440 Hertz to A=432 Hertz. Then a complete new world of frequencies unveiled.

Each circle fits into this pattern like a key in the lock, forming a dynamic field of possible geometric relationships which reveal the most fundamental shapes of Creation.
These 7 circles mirror our chakras, the colors of the rainbow & even musical scales! It forms a basis through which the infinite, fractal nature of life can be understood.
In order to unlock the deeper information contained within the Seed of Life, one must begin with connecting the dots, like KRAUT did for this magical LP.

This is a recording of a set of singing bowls.  The root bowl is C#, the Aum tone or Earth tone.  The other bowls are harmonized with the Chakras in this scale.

These types of singing bowls have been used since ancient times in meditations and healing work.  They are traditionally made with 7 metals representing the 7 planets that the tibetan monks were aware of at the time.  The bowls produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones that affect body and mind on a deep level.  The bowl set here is based on the Earth tone.  This is also known as "Om" and is the calculated sound signature of the Earth as it travels around the sun. In Indian music this is also called the Sadja. The corresponding bowls were matched according to the Chakra system in Ayurvedic medicine.  This also corresponds roughly with the western major scale.
