The duo of DJ Moneyshot and Rackabeat have been delighting dance-floors and lighting up the radio airwaves since forming The Allergies and releasing their debut album in 2016.

Year in, year out, they’ve sharpened their skills on the turntables and in the studio, dropping one dynamite record after another. Clocking up ‘Album of The Day’ gongs, international ad and TV campaign spots, and Radio 6 Music A-list status, the pair show no sign of hitting the breaks.

After consecutive top 40 albums, the boys are getting ready to cut the ribbon on their next, BENEATH THIS SUN. And it’s another stellar showcase for their feel-good funk, soul sampling savvy, and heavyweight hip-hop.

This year they’ll be taking to stages, tents, fields, and cities, supporting the album with their ‘full-band’ live show. But, if you want to catch them in their element, check Moneyshot and Rackabeat cutting up the wax, too, as they take their DJ show to clubs and festivals, far and wide. From Space and Pikes in Ibiza to Glastonbury festival, they’ve shook stages and rocked spots.

So, if you like crazy turntable skills, hands-in-the-air beats, all mixed up with some classy crowd rocking music, then an Allergies double-decking DJ set will be right up your street.

Mr Doris is something of an anomaly in music. A humbling example of what it takes to truly succeed within the framework of multiple fields. With a steadfast work ethic, an obsessively extensive vinyl library and the willingness to pursue the full extents of his roots (Latin, Soul and Jazz), foundation (Funk/Hip-Hop) and future (Electronic/Dance music) without any restraints.

His unique style has seen Mr Doris tour the globe on a regular basis as well as hold down respected residencies for brands such as Defected, Glitterbox, Magic Door (UK/Croatia), Pacha, Space and his most recent tenure at Hï Ibiza.
Production wise, Mr Doris has worked with reggae legend Sizzla, king of beats Nightmares On Wax, musical maestros Groove Armada and jazz greats The Baker Brothers while his tracks have recently been championed by Red Bull and Seth Troxler in promotional campaigns.

When not in the studio or in the booth, Mr Doris is musical director of After Dark (hosting Space’s famous Sunset Terrace for Carl Cox plus many events around the world), Manumission’s project at Lio Ibiza, The Social London (bringing live funk & soul bands to the nations capital), The Vicar’s Picnic & Back of Beyond festivals and world renowned beach restaurant El Chiringuito (Ibiza, Marbella and Dubai).

Mr Doris is as comfortable playing a chilled Balearic set as he is moving the masses on the dance floor or curating a catwalk. Whatever the venue, clientele or time of day, he can truly adapt his sound to fit the listener.

It is this versatility that sees Mr Doris in constant demand around the world.

Scribble Records was the brainchild of Trevor O'Shea and begin 2007, a small Dublin based label as part of the Bodytonic Music collective. Scribble also host a weekly Friday night in The Bernard Shaw in Dublin. Previous guests at Scribble gigs have included Simbad, Mr Scruff, DJ Yoda, DJ Craze, Greg Wilson, Zed Bias, Rahaan, Dam Funk &amp; more. The aim of the label is to release quality music that reflects the sound of the weekly night - anything from reggae, funk, soul, hip hop &amp; the rest. In 2010, Scribble Records, will build on the previous ten successful releases with single &amp; album releases from label artists Kormac, Yolazy, Scribble Soundsystem.
