Born of the challenge to create my own intro song for my videos, and to use well-known computer sounds, this track finally came to be. It features sampled notification and error sounds of a few Windows operating systems, manipulated to form pleasing chords and speed in the song.

I think the best interpretation of the song is, that even if you encounter difficulties in life, you can take those difficulties, learn from it, and create something cool out of it - like this song.

A section of this track will now be used to open my marcus-s IT videos over on YouTube.

My version of this track pays dues to the original's quite rock-based vibe, with verse vs. chorus, with an extra grungy feel in the final build up. This version is more suited to cranking up in the car than the club floor given the lack of beat during the verses, but definitely gets the body moving during the chorus. Great track to work with.

Luvolin - Licious (Original Mix)

My first track that I recorded as a performance in VCV Rack, a software that emulates a Eurorack setup with modules. It is my first attempt to do so, and I know it's not necessarily the best outcome - but if you don't start somewhere you can't learn. This is the result of using everything I learned from several Youtube videos.

The result was mastered with iZotope Ozone 9 in Reaper.

As my performance device I have used an APC mini by Akai, with the Iverson Jr 6+1 module with the preset of the same name. Some fading of other sounds was done with an Akai MIDI Mix.
