The track comes from a personal space in HALIENE's journey towards inner stillness. Focusing on deep experiences with anxiety and depression while eventually accepting that we don't need to run away from all that we feel. We can accept the flux of emotions and events in our journey from a place of observance and awareness, eventually 'losing' our minds to find a place of truth in our hearts, the seat of the mind.
