Galenus is a two piece project with the sole purpose of creating tunes that you can bang your head to.

Javi's past projects include: Northerner,Erjony | Justin's past projects include: HeXaH, Tears of Iris.

Both musicians played guitar in their previous projects, after each band failed to produce any positive results Javi and Justin came together to create the music they have always strived for. This is a new dimension in music for both Javi and Justin. Galenus will always produce new and improved music for all of our listeners, we promise to never disappoint.

Deriving from the pop-rock/post hardcore scene in Chicago, My Remorse Code was founded in 2009 by two friends Carrie and Javi with a dream and dedication to create music that truly inspired them and captivated those who listened. Through enduring several line-up changes, they remained focused and determined to find the pieces needed to complete the band. It wasn’t until early 2013 that the band finally had solidified a line-up that provided a dynamic and versatile band of musicians with a single goal in creating, writing and performing the songs that create their identity and to show the world who they are and what they are all about. With Javi’s formal training and Carrie’s natural ability to rock the mic, they set out to find Alvin, Megan, and Alex on Craigslist…lucky for Javi and Carrie, neither member turned out to be a killer. Instead, they turned out to be important pieces to the puzzle that made My Remorse Code what it is today.
