A beautiful slice of history, and a permanent reminder of just how good Pete Wardman and Trade was [and still is] He brought it down at the start, then after nearly 12 hours on the floor, with the sweat pouring off us, the set went into orbit and finished with TdV [doubled up!] at over 165bpm The phazeing [flangeing?] isn`t post production, it was done on the night. Still, to this day, the most intense musical experience I`ve ever had. It`s a 17 year old tape, forgive the gaps for the ad-breaks taken out, worse still the ones left in but what can you do? Just enjoy it and remember the good times, that`s what!!....Absolutely incredible,..a thing of beauty is a joy forever. [Keats]

Pete Wardman live at Trade 3 Part 1

As with all of the sets in the series, Pete Wardman is last one on at Trade, manages to pull the bpms down to let it rip and take it back up again. A proper set. Check out the mix into Mistakes,...flawless. As always, there are 2 parts, definitely check out the second part as this is where it goes into overdrive. As it was recorded off Kiss, the gaps are where the ads used to be. Headphones on,..turn it up and enjoy! Great days!!

Early 95. A nice slow burner of a set, really nice subtle tunes, rolls along nicely. Blu Peter was probably on next so she kept the handbrake on. Either that or it was the early part of a much longer set [poss what 1-330 means] Lots of tracks you`ve completely forgotten about. Many thanks to Barry Williams for the tape. As always, in 2 parts, at the end of part 1, give it 10 seconds and part 2 will load automatically.

EJ Doubell live at FF 1-330 Pt 1

Another brilliant Emma set,done for that den of iniquity that is Torture Garden. Starts off fairly low key, takes a good few tracks to build a momentum, [don`t skip them, allow it to build], then during Lover Man [done by S-J and Baby Doc] it just takes off. After that it goes into "proper" A nice touch with the last few tunes too as she drags a few off the edge of the envelope. Respect! As always, in 2 parts, give it about 10 seconds and part 2 will load automatically. Many thanks to Barry Williams for the tape.

EJ Doubell  Torture Garden 2  Part 1

Out of the recent batch of Peter`s FF tapes, this set, for me, is my favourite. Nicely off the beaten track once again but also with a slightly harder edge than normal. Perfect! He`ll probably disagree as he`s stuck in 94 lol  I think it really flows and has a great sense of purpose and extra energy to it. Many thanks to Barry Williams for the tape. As always, when part 1 finishes, wait 10 seconds and part 2 will load automatically,...enjoy,..I did! x
